QUORE (PURE GRIGNOLINO DOC) 2020

Anarchic and with an alpine flavour, it is the wine most appreciated by enthusiasts of the genre. The difficulties associated with its production create a wine of particular quality.

Production area: Cantavenna, in the province of Alessandria.

Soil: calcareous soil characterised by ancient silty marly deposits of marine origin.

Grape variety: 100% Grignolino.

How it looks: Delicate red in color, slightly tending towards orange with aging, it offers hints of strawberry, raspberry and notes of white pepper. Dry on the palate, slightly tannic but sweet, pleasantly savoury with an almond aftertaste.

How to pair it: also excellent fresh as an aperitif, it goes well with fish, risotto and white meats. This Grignolino is the winner of the Torchio d'oro 2019

Alcohol content: 13.5 degrees
