Production area: Cantavenna in the province of Alessandria.
Terrain: uniquely hilly, calcareous nature characterised by ancient silty deposits of marine origin.
Grape variety: 100% Barbera Doc. After pressing, the vinification takes place at a temperature of around 25 degrees with a short maceration of 8 days.
How it looks: The sensory analysis of the wine offers us a bright red color, with vinous aromas and accentuated notes of red fruits. In particular, our Barbera is still. We also produce the lively version made so by adding a little Malvasia and late bottling. Savoury and soft flavor at the same time.
How to pair it: table wine, suitable for first courses and also for meat second courses. It should be served around 12, 13 degrees to enjoy it at its best. The lively version is best consumed at a temperature of 8, 10 degrees.
